JOB DESCRIPTION
- Received Daily Referrals
- Ensure a seamless, complete and effective enrollment process for all prospective clients
- Navigate multiple systems and portals to determine eligibility and obtain authorization
- Regular communication with a variety of health plans regarding patient benefits and authorizations
- Manage the referral intake process from initiation through admission and start of care
- Support and partner with the marketing team in the enrollment process
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to prioritize job demand
- HHA Exchange Experience Preferred
- Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology to identify, research and solve customer issues
- Minimum 1 year experience in Home Care Setting
- Covid Vaccinated
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
