Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:We love the work we do. And that’s a good thing because litigation is challenging and demanding. This is a fast-paced job and will require solid organizational skills and the ability to consistently and accurately multi-task and complete a variety of tasks.
You should expect a decent amount of repetition with this job, but each day will be somewhat different than the next, especially in the specific personal interactions you have with others. This position is very socially focused and above all requires a "how can we help make your life better?" attitude. You should be committed to communicating efficiently to get the information we need to help those who call the firm and working to build and maintain a meaningful connection in a relatively brief period of time. You will have guidance but will also be expected to follow established guidelines and procedures during the intake process. You also need to be great at firm yet friendly follow-up and follow-through. To that end, this is a sales-focused position; at times you will need to be persistent and persuasive. Lastly, we win and lose together. We are a team so you must be willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out others on the team when necessary.
