    Our fast-growing Casper, Wyoming law firm is looking for a Welcome Manager and Legal Intake Specialist—or as we like to think of it—a Manager of First Impressions. If you have previous customer service experience, sales experience, or have ever been interested in working for a law firm but don't yet have any formal legal education or real-world law firm experience, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you!     Compensation:

    $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:

    We love the work we do. And that’s a good thing because litigation is challenging and demanding. This is a fast-paced job and will require solid organizational skills and the ability to consistently and accurately multi-task and complete a variety of tasks.

    You should expect a decent amount of repetition with this job, but each day will be somewhat different than the next, especially in the specific personal interactions you have with others. This position is very socially focused and above all requires a "how can we help make your life better?" attitude. You should be committed to communicating efficiently to get the information we need to help those who call the firm and working to build and maintain a meaningful connection in a relatively brief period of time. You will have guidance but will also be expected to follow established guidelines and procedures during the intake process. You also need to be great at firm yet friendly follow-up and follow-through. To that end, this is a sales-focused position; at times you will need to be persistent and persuasive. Lastly, we win and lose together. We are a team so you must be willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out others on the team when necessary.

We are building a legal team of paralegals and support staff who feel the same way about this work and who want to develop and hone their skills.

    You need to be comfortable doing this stuff:

    • Talk with and listen well to new people on the phone daily
    • Enter detailed information from intake calls in the firm's case management system
    • Track intake and conversion-related metrics and data
    • Schedule strategy sessions for Potential New Clients (PNCs)
    • Take payments from PNCs or current clients
    • Follow-up with non-responsive PNCs
    • Maintain clean and welcoming office space and conference room for clients, other guests, and our team
    • General clerical (sorting, scanning, mailing), filing, and secretarial duties
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with our attorneys, paralegals, and other team members about the status of the tasks assigned to you
