SUMMARY
This position reaches out to mortgage loan customer leads and inputs customer information to pass to a Loan Officer. This position is a critical member of the team, the first point of contact to support client needs in the mortgage application process and a positive experience to a potential customer.
This is an entry level position in Mortgage Sales with the potential to develop skills to become a Loan Originator.

This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.
36 to $25.94 per hour (in CO & WA), and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
