The ideal candidate for the New Client Specialist/Intake Coordinator position is friendly, empathetic, and able to quickly put people at ease. They serve as the first point of contact for our practice, helping potential clients understand our services and gathering information about client concerns and goals. They assess client needs, match them with a therapist, and support clients through the registration and scheduling process. Confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential skills needed to succeed in this role.
