Responsibilities Will Include:
Revenue Objectives: Research and pursue new referral sources, as well as maintain existing referral sources, in order to achieve monthly and yearly goals.
Quality Assurance: Perform service calls, in-home care assessments, and supervisory / quality assurance visits in clients’ homes. Rotational on call.
Client Case Management: Facilitate and monitor care for clients and CAREGivers’ logging of client activity; follow up on assignments and client services; and maintain accurate records in company software systems.
