We are looking to add a Supervisor / Coordinator to our team! Come join our team of professionals who make a difference each and every day in the lives of the elders that they serve. As a part of the care team you will perform a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, general office activities, and establishing relationships with potential clients and referral sources.

Position Requirements:

• Scheduling and hiring team members
• On-call support as part of the on-call rotation
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources
• Coordinate with internal teams for client care coordination
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Qualifications:

• Healthcare or home care experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
