Job Summary: Looking for a high energy, independent, person to work full time as a Staffing Coordinator. Must possess great interpersonal skills, customer service, and organizational skills. Must be able to work under time pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
Of particular importance is maintaining a positive, friendly attitude when engaging with clients. Person will work closely with the Director of Nursing in staffing clients with qualified staff, working with HHAs/PCAs to ensure that all assignments are carried out, maintaining email correspondence, working with client database to ensure accuracy of staffing at all times, and handle all incoming phone calls.
Person must maintain a professional manner, both in person and by phone.
