The RN Hospital Case Management Director will work closely with managers to meet the organization's performance improvement goals and objectives.
The ideal RN Hospital Case Management Director candidate will have their BSN and several years of acute care case management leadership experience. A Master’s Degree is preferred but not required for this position.
