What Sets You Up for Success:
- A bachelor's degree and either an FSA or career ASA designation, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field.
- A minimum of seven years of actuarial experience, with at least one year dedicated to product management, pricing, or development, showcasing your depth of expertise.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with spread-based products, preferably within the realm of annuities, highlighting your familiarity with relevant financial instruments.
- Proven experience in pricing or rate setting for annuity products, particularly FIA and MYGA, underscoring your ability to navigate complex pricing strategies.
- Proficiency with MG-ALFA or similar pricing software, ideally AXIS, showcasing your technical proficiency and adaptability to industry-standard tools.
