• Verify and process insurance claims related to Vision Therapy services, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Handle billing procedures, including invoicing and reconciling accounts, to ensure seamless financial transactions.
• Assist patients with inquiries about insurance coverage, appointments, and any financial concerns related to their Vision Therapy treatment.
• Maintain a well-organized database of patient information, billing records, and insurance details.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction.

• AA or BA/BS desired
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
