    Job Summary:
    Western States Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent. This role entails being a licensed insurance agent tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining current client connections, and aiding in sales objectives by actively pursuing cross-selling and referral avenues.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a bridge between clients and insurance providers, conducting regular policy assessments both in-person and over the phone.
    • Provide quotes for new policies and manage existing policies.
    • Conduct rate comparisons during annual renewals.
    • Assess insurance requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Attention to detail, meticulous documentation of all interactions and communications in the AMS.
    Qualifications:
    • Property & Casualty Insurance License
    • Ability to uncover cross-sell opportunities and close sales
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, listening, written and verbal
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
    • Detail oriented and accurate
    • Possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
    Self-motivated
    • Maintain confidentiality of information
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
