As a State Farm account representative for Navin Jiwnani - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

We are hiring Sales and Service Account representative.

As a Account representative you will be able to establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Sales can include, outbound calling, promote insurance products that Sate Farm offers as customer needs are met. Successfully completing the sales flow along with follow ups to give underwriting department information so that they can get policies issued.

Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Being a Bilingual Spanish is a requirement.

you must be able to attain Property and casualty; life licenses.

Pay: $59,366.00 - $68,813.00 per year

Schedule:
