- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for insurance management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable
