Summary:
Test Lab Technician / Coordinator
Candidate will be responsible for support of day-to-day work activities, such as loading/unloading drives, test starts, other miscellaneous tasks.
In addition, support activities to maintain the operational readiness of the Reliability Test Lab.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This requires being able to work highly independently for activities including debug, repair, and maintenance all lab equipment: form entry, record keeping, tracking and control for equipment calibration, equipment inventory and department purchasing activities.
Assist with new equipment layout, design, installation and bring up.
Ability to work graveyard shift when debugging issues with the engineering team in India and Israel
Domestic and/or international travel (very limited).
Dexterity and strength to install 16x20 mm components into spring loaded connectors.
Ability to lift 25 pounds from floor to height of 6 feet.
Basic PC usage skills (Win/Mac, Office Products, mail clients, )
Basic lab equipment (Power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, )
Basic engineering skills (ability to understand schematics, layout, )
In-depth working knowledge of hardware setup, debug, and fault tracing Self-initiator

Daily high-level check all equipment is operational.

Equipment calibration(includes tracking/updating calibration dates, performing internal calibrations, coordination with external services)
