Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Experience with CMMS software preferred
- Basic welding skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills
