Director - Social Work

Seeking a Director of Social Work for the behavioral health program at North Baldwin Infirmary, Bay Minette, AL.

Responsibilities include assessments, staff supervision, scheduling, social work service management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family therapy. Serves as liaison to Hospital Social Services and Case Management staffs.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a master’s in social work from an accredited university and a minimum of two years’ experience working with behavioral health programs, excellent clinical skills and current state LMSW/LCSW license.
