Job Description:

Instructors at Popplers Music establish their own schedule to instruct students of all ages. Lessons are predominately taught during regularly scheduled business hours of 9 am to 6 pm M-F and Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct low brass lessons to students of all ages with a focus on technique, performance, music theory and sight reading.

Schedule:

• You can establish your own schedule based on the time requirements of the students and store business hours.
• Popplers Music provides quality lesson rooms with the necessary supplies.

Education/Qualifications:

• Undergraduate music education degree preferred but not required. Preference will be given to individuals who apply with a college degree in music.
• Piano playing experience and skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a comprehensive instructional environment.
• Professional demeanor.

Compensation:

- Hourly

- Establish your own lesson rate.
