Being an Instructor - Music provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Music typically reports to a department head. Qualifications and Education Requirements:
A minimum intermediate-advanced skill level in at least 1 of the following; Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Violin, Ukulele, Drums, Voice, or beginners band.
Multiple instrument skill sets are a plus.
Formal music training and/or display understanding of fundamental musical concepts are required.
