Qualifications and Experience:

Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire children and teens in a musical learning environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Performance Experience: A rich background in music performance, showcasing your proficiency and passion for your craft.

Experience Working with Kids: Proven track record of effectively teaching music to young learners, with an understanding of age-appropriate teaching methods and techniques.

Instrumental Excellence: Mastery in a specific instrument – piano, guitar, drums, or vocals. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and be comfortable teaching students of varying abilities.

Educational Background: A degree in music, education, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. We value real-world experience and a genuine commitment to teaching and music.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to students.
