    Our On-Site Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the day-to-day operational matters, shutdowns and CapEx projects.

    Our On-Site Division provides embedded, highly skilled engineers, designers, project managers and other technical personnel with specific industry expertise and knowledge across disciplines to meet the needs of our clients at their facilities.

    The Electro-Mechanical Technician would maintain the following responsibilities:
     
    • Lead and Own Manufacturing Equipment Performance in an assigned department.
    • Install, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical components.
    • Respond to plant trouble calls when requested.
      Proficiently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment issues.
    • Preventative Maintenance Planning and scheduling optimization.
    • Configures, sets up, and calibrates various pieces of equipment such as, but not limited to, PLC’s, variable frequency drives, power quality systems, overload devices, and others.
    • Perform Electrical and PLC tasks to monitor, calibrate, troubleshoot plant systems.          
    • Reads and interprets various drawings such as, but not limited to, electrical schematics, conduit schedules, equipment drawings, control drawings, loop sheets, P&ID’s, etc.
    • Disconnects, reconnects, installs, removes, troubleshoots, and generally maintains motor control, process control, burner control, and electrical distribution devices and systems.


    Qualifications/Requirements:
     
    • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of education and directly related on the job experience
    • Minimum of three years related experience in industrial setting.
