Instructor - Legal Support jobs in Nevada

Our Customer Service Associates assist with daily duties such as corresponding with our clients via telephone and email, order review, handling of client concerns, providing status on subpoenaed documents and working with other members of the First Legal team to meet client needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist CSR with client communications as it pertains to orders (i.e., fees, film breakdowns, authorizations, no records, etc.)
• Provide invoice review and clarification to clients
• Handle field agent calls or emails
• Research, update, correct "location information" (custodian of records)
• Make expediting calls to locations to obtain records
• Make expediting calls to clients to update the status of an order
• Take incoming expediting calls, CSR calls, and return all inquiries regarding orders
• Follow-up on all CSR emails daily
• Handle escalations from both custodians of records and clients
• Assist with training as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in legal industry is welcomed but not required
• Applicant must have a passion for good customer service
• The ability to "Think outside of the box" is a must
• Experience with working remotely is plus but no required
• Bilingual is desired but not required
• Experience with Microsoft office programs

Schedule/Locations:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Hybrid - Henderson, NV (Training will be full-time in office)
