Being an Instructor - Drama provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Drama typically reports to a department head. Responsibilities:
- Conduct driving lessons for adult students, focusing on safe and defensive driving techniques
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom and during driving lessons
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students
- Patience and understanding to work with students of varying skill levels
- Knowledge of traffic laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
