OVERVIEW
NJM’s Information Technology Department is offering an entry-level full-time career opportunity to a college graduate who majored in Computer Science and is looking to start their career. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in West Trenton, NJ. The official NJM job title is Information Technology (IT) Trainee.
Our Trainee Rotation Program (10 -12 months) is designed to progressively build the trainee’s knowledge and provide a foundational understanding of Information Technology through formal rotations, on the job training, formal learning, and professional development. Trainees rotate through 3 or 4 major Information Technology disciplines during the program. Within these disciplines are numerous specialty teams. Trainees may also get the opportunity to work directly with our business partners in various lines of business including General Claims, Personal and Commercial Underwriting.
Upon successful completion of the Program, the trainee will move into an associate level position within one of the IT disciplines.
