Being an Instructor - Computer Science provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Computer Science typically reports to a department head. Join our team as a Summer Science Camp Instructor and inspire the next generation of scientists! We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to lead hands-on experiments and activities for children ages 4-12. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to foster curiosity and creativity in a fun and engaging learning environment. Our one week stand alone camps usually run Monday to Friday. Full day and half day camps vary by location and topic. Materials, curriculum, and training are provided. Two instructors are scheduled per week for each location. Dependable means of transportation essential. There will be additional time necessary for prep and cleaning up at the beginning and end of the day, typically an hour before camp on Monday, 1/2 hour the rest of the week and time after camp to clean and prep for the next day.
