This person will be the production supervisor over 10 personnel that includes a junior process engineer, operators, and a maintenance Technicon at a chemical plant that produces polymer additives located in the Northern Mobile, AL area. 25% of this job is supervision, and 75% will be process optimization. The sell on this job is for a candidate with strong leadership skills to move directly into a Supervisory role. Growth could be on site or to any other of the parent companies Petrochemical sites. This person will be mentored by the on site Plant Manager who is a Chemical Engineer.
