We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Assist with budget preparation and analysis
• Perform account reconciliations and analysis
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
