Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will support the service accounting department in various tasks including invoicing, pricing, electronic filing, reviewing and submitting reports.
Duties:
- Assist with billing and clerical work for service accounting department
- Support the service department as needed with providing information and processing reports
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection reporting
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in accounting
- Proficiency in using Service Trade is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
