Job Description
- This position will be open until filled. For full consideration, all application-related materials should be submitted by 10/14/2022. Application review will begin on 10/15/2022.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Teaching assignments will be designed to prepare students for certification in areas of emphasis such as Financial, Managerial, Tax Accounting, and other accounting courses.
- Participation in student advisement, recruitment activities, assessment of Student Learning Outcomes, and Program/Curriculum Development will be essential.

Serving on Department, School, and Collegewide Committees along with other duties as assigned will be required.
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce and student body.

Desire to reach out to the local community, business sector including collaboration with CCSD. Interested in enhancing self-growth via internal and external courses, and seminars using learning management systems.
- Assignments may be multi-campus with the possibility of day/evening and/or weekend classes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a regionally accredited College/University.
Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. in Accounting

CPA and/or CFE Professional Certification
Starting Salary Range
Initial salary placement is based on educational level and total years of full-time equivalent teaching experience. A maximum of 10 years of experience will be considered for initial salary placement purposes.
Due to the current health and safety emergency declaration, anyone hired must receive a complete (and verified) COVID-19 vaccination series or an approved medical or religious waiver request as a term and condition of employment prior to any start date at any Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) institution.
