    Reports to: CCSD#2 Supt. 

    Job Overview: The Technology Integration Specialist supports the integration and effective use of technology in classrooms across Carbon County School District #2. This role focuses on assisting teachers and staff with the technical aspects of using educational technology tools and resources, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of classroom technology tools and software.
    • Provide first-level support to teachers and staff for technology-related issues in the classroom.
    • Conduct basic training sessions for staff on new technology tools and software.
    • Collaborate with the technology team to support the school's technology needs.
    • Assist in the evaluation and setup of educational technology resources.
    • Provide input on the practical aspects of technology integration in classroom settings.
    • Participate in professional development and stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to classroom integration.
    • Work closely with teachers to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance the teaching and learning process.
     Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with a range of educational technology tools and software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to provide basic training and support.
    • Enthusiastic about technology and its potential in education.
     Preferred:
    • Experience in an educational environment.
    • Experience with Google for Education Admin Console
    • Experience with OneRoster
    • Basic troubleshooting skills in technology.
