Oversee and guide the implementation of institutional research studies. Steward studies from initial design through dissemination of actionable deliverables.

Oversee and guide the implementation of market research studies in collaboration with NTID's department of Communications, Marketing & Multimedia Services. Steward studies from initial design through dissemination of actionable deliverables.

Respond to high priority, ad-hoc requests for information and analyses in a timely fashion, establishing the parameters of the request, expected return dates, and expected deliverables.

Collect and document all business requirements, and user documentation. Develop new and enhance existing reports for easy viewing and understanding.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
-
A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
-
At least seven years of progressive experience in data collection, data management, data analysis and reporting, and generating actionable deliverables to guide institutional decision making.
Skills
-
Proficiency with survey design, administration, and analysis.
-
Demonstrated proficiency with SAS or equivalent software.
-
Excellent data analysis skills.
-
Ability to steward studies to completion, at all stages including: inception, design, administration, analysis and synthesis leading to actionable deliverables.

Ability to maintain a high level of security and ethical standards when dealing with confidential information.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical personnel, including writing briefs and presentations to higher level college administrators.

Proficiency in Sign Language (e.g. ASL) or willingness to learn.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (specifically advanced MS Excel skills).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
