    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline data collection processes.

    Data Analysis and Interpretation:

    • Conduct statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and data mining to derive meaningful insights from institutional data.
    • Interpret research findings and communicate implications to key stakeholders to support institutional tactical and strategic planning.

    Reporting and Presentation:

    • Prepare and present institutional research findings through clear and visually compelling reports for internal and external audiences.
    • Collaborate with leadership to disseminate research results and recommendations.

    Institutional Effectiveness:

    • Contribute to the enhancement of institutional effectiveness by providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
    • Collaborate with academic and administrative units to assess and improve program and service outcomes.

    Compliance and Accreditation:

    • Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements for accreditation agencies and governmental bodies.
    • Facilitate the preparation and submission of institutional data for accreditation purposes.

    Technology Integration:

    • Stay abreast of advancements in research methodologies and technologies.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to enhance institutional research capabilities.

    Training and Collaboration:

    • Provide training and support to staff and faculty on data collection and reporting tools.
    • Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Research Methods, Statistics, Educational Leadership) with a minimum of three years of related job experience or a Master’s degree in relevant field.
    • Proven experience in institutional research, data analysis, and reporting within an academic setting.
    • Knowledge of statistical and analytical survey instruments, protocol, and procedures.
    • Strong proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on research data and findings.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Knowledge of accreditation processes and standards.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security.

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
