We are seeking a qualified Installation Staging Facility Operations Manager in Virginia Beach, VA.

Position Description:
The person in this position is responsible for the planning, requirements, and daily maintenance operation of the SPY-6(V) storage staging facility. They will ensure proper manning and equipment are in place for storage of production systems and will ensure the security posture of the facility is established and maintained throughout the life of the facility. The person in this position will be responsible to interface with the landlord of the leased facility and address any emerging landlord/tenant issues are addressed promptly. During the daily operation of the facility, this person will supervise all contractor personnel and provide direction for the proper storage of delivered equipment, store them in predetermined locations, prepare and ship systems and equipment to shipyards and other locations for shipboard installation. They will manage the daily operation of the facility, including movement of equipment, arranging access for building maintenance and repair, material/equipment inventory, preparation for shipment, and all required storage/movement documentation.
