The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer facing role and is responsible for partnering with Lowes Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Groups Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installation Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions such as reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of flooring projects to name a few.
