The Site Manager will monitor the on-site installation activities for the specific site they are assigned to. This position will be empowered to make important decisions for the successful completion of our installation projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing assigned projects on a day-to-day basis.· Plan, direct, and coordinate installation projects as assigned.
- Responsible for scheduling and estimating the time required to complete installation projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within a specified time as directed by the schedule.
- Analyze documentation to prepare time, costs, materials, and labor estimates on project sites.
- Responsible for answering questions regarding the details of the projects, timelines, and work being done.
- Identifies needed resources across teams, external suppliers and assigns tasks across the project team.
- Oversee the employees on site. Monitors and manages project/team performance, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Advises top management and business partners on advanced technical matters.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ensures projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience/Requirements:- 5 years of experience in project management.
- Degree in Project Management preferred.
- Previous experience in ground up construction, however, we do provide training.
- Familiarity with computer systems (MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, ADP is a plus), which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer systems.
