  • Tashman Home Center is seeking to hire an installation manager and construction supervisor position for our window,door, glass and screen installation department.

    The job entails scheduling of work for five to seven crews daily.

    Extensive customer service and comunication with clients and staff are required via phone, email, and text.

    Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required.

    Installation Manager Job Responsibilities and Requirements
    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily production schedule
    • Create daily installation schedule
    • Manage warehouse staff, inventory and company vehicles
    • Review orders placed by the Operations Assistant
    • Input vendor pricing and acknowledgements
    • Notify Warehouse Associate of incoming inventory
    • Assist Warehouse Associate with receiving and verifying the accuracy/quality of material purchases
    • Follow up with vendors on back-ordered items
    • Ensure dispatches are collected and contain sign-off signatures from installation team leader
    • Ensure installation team timecards are accurate and submitted to the Accounts Receivable Manager in a timely manner

    Requirements * Three to five years of experience in installation and warehouse management

    • Thorough working knowledge of regulatory agency quality assurance/control activities
    • Proven leadership, organizational, multi-tasking skills
    • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy, inventory and inventory controls
    • Proven leadership, organizational, multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
