Closets by Design is well established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation Manager to our growing leadership team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and working with customers and is able to multi-task. You must be able to fill the position within 2 weeks.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the installation department. Responsibilities include managing and leading a growing team of Installers and Installer assistants (helpers). Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish. Interact with customers on a daily basis, as well as designers and the production department. Installation supervisor must place high emphasis on customer service, customer experience and accounts receivable.
