Job Description
· Manage all flooring installation projects
· Supervise subcontractor flooring crews and office personnel
· Manage the process, reporting, and resolution of escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction following facility performance standards.
· Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction based on the performance of facility operations.
· Display a sense of urgency to address and satisfy customer issues.
· Present new ideas to improve the level of service that customers receive and implement new business strategies.
Job Requirements
· Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with many structured customer touchpoints.
· Previous Management/Supervision experience is required.
· Big box retail management experience is a plus.
· 2 years of flooring installation, construction, job site inspection experience, or retail management, especially in the home improvement industry, is required.
· Product knowledge of multiple flooring surfaces is a plus.
