As an Assistant Production Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the production installation department under the direction of the production manager. Installation fieldwork is required. Special emphasis must be placed on home construction/remodeling operations and maintaining warehouse inventory. Bath, Siding and Window experience a plus.
Potential pay range: $57,000.00 per year
· Log all jobs shipped and cashed each day.
· Log all jobs activity status on job board and database each day.
· Ship new jobs as directed.
· Check in completed jobs. Review labor bills for correct pricing, quality of pictures, squarage extra work and explanation of same.
· Assist the production manager with resolving problem issues.
· Check each day the status of all jobs running.
· Monitor and push for timely job completions.
· Establish estimated completion dates for all jobs shipped.
· Maintain communication with customers, specifically problem issues.
· Assist production manager with ordering materials.
· Review warehouse inventory daily. Bring any discrepancies to the attention of the production manager.
· Coordinate unloading of inventory shipments.
· Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
· Any and all other duties as directed or required by management and immediate supervision.
