```Duties``` - Install and configure satellite equipment for residential and commercial customers - Perform site surveys to determine the best location for satellite dish installation - Mount and align satellite dishes to ensure optimal signal reception - Run and terminate coaxial, Ethernet, and telephone cables for network and phone connectivity - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with satellite signal or network connectivity - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns ```Qualifications``` - Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively - Experience with computer networking and network installation - Familiarity with Ethernet, Cisco routers, and telephone systems - Knowledge of cabling techniques for low voltage installations - Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
