To be an Installation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. The role of the Installation Specialist performs more advanced installations at the Road Ready Center as defined by your Training and Development Plan.- Performs all duties of an PDI Specialist.
- Performs installations to include but not limited to: Natural gas fuel system and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU).
- Ability to install electronics such as GPS Tracking System, Cameras, and Inverters.
- Assists other PDI and Installation Specialists as necessary.
- Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles company tools.
- Performs all work in a safe and orderly manner while following the safety rules and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
- Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities
- DOT Annual Inspectors Certification
- Valid CDL and Medical Card is preferred
- Must have good customer relations and communication skills
