Technology Installations company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!

We are a full-service Commercial-Industrial Technology Systems Contractor and Consultancy Company. Our goal is to fully integrate complex technology systems to produce the best solutions. Our services include installation of; voice and data cabling, security cameras and access control, audio/visual and communication systems.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching, contacting and establishing new qualified leads within Southern California to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

· Cold calling

· Prospecting

· Direct Mail

· CRM structure and updates

· Researching Leads

· Networking Events

· Social Media updating

Requirements

· Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience

· Strong Communication/Public Speaking Skills

· Reliable Transportation for Prospecting around Southern California

· Willingness to Attend Occasional Networking Events

· Experience with CRM software’s.

· Social Media experience.

· Experience with selling Technology Services is a preferred (not required).

This position offers:

· Torrance office work location, as well as some remote work possible

· Base salary Commission on closed deals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
