Responsibilities:
CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, POOL MAINTENANCE
- maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Fabricate and install parts using hand tools and power tools
- Program and troubleshoot logic controllers
- Perform low voltage wiring installations
- Use precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
