Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor jobs in Fall River, MA
Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor schedules and coordinates installation support and service operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
All applicants must have at least three years of hands-on horticultural training or experience including ornamental horticulture, knowledge of woody plants & shrubs, perennials, and annuals. A degree in horticulture is a plus but not required. A strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are required. Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, be able to operate and use all maintenance equipment and tools, and perform all physical requirements of the job. A valid driver’s license and passion for working outdoors are also required. The rate of pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
