Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor schedules and coordinates installation support and service operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of maintenance personnel, efficient and effective maintenance of production, machinery, equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds in accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, including policies related to food safety and procedures.
Open shift is for Monday through Friday 3AM – 11AM.

Working Conditions/Environment
Works in an office and manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, and bend while moving about the facility. The employee is occasionally exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the office is moderate and loud in the plant. Earplugs and hairnets are required in the plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards.
