Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with strong experience installing low-voltage wiring, computer servers, switches, security cameras, and other networking and computer equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid technical foundation in electrical or low-voltage work and the ability to handle projects from conception through completion, including site walk-throughs and project scoping as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain low-voltage systems, computer servers, switches, security cameras, and other equipment.
• Conduct site evaluations to determine project requirements and ensure readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with installed equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety standards and local regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with project management teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in the physical installation of IT and electronic systems.
• Own a set of professional tools suitable for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Appropriate technical certification in electrical work, low-voltage systems, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to varying project schedules and demands.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
