The Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Qualifications:
- Have the mechanical knowledge, desire, willingness and capacity to learn new trades and skills as needed.
- Have the skills, knowledge, and experience to provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, food service and HVAC/R systems, as well as general maintenance
- Working knowledge of general repairs, electrical, plumbing, food service and HVAC/R systems
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to provide detailed accounts of tasks completed, through the use of our app, to our main office.
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to handle various tasks in a fast paced high stress environment
