Maintenance Technician

Omega Renovations and Property Maintenance is responsible for over 1,400 rental units in the Greater Dayton Area. At Omega, we take great pride in our quality of work and our ability to create great environments for our residents to live while also helping our Client’s maximize their return on investments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair a variety of products ranging from cabinets, doors, vanities, trim, etc..
• Cut, shape and alter materials as needed.
• Measure and mark materials for alterations
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Procuring materials needed to complete work orders.

• Must have a reliable vehicle to get tools and materials to and from jobsites.

Compensation:

• Base pay starting at $22-25/hr with potential for increase after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
