Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service. - Come to work each day with a productive, growth oriented mindset - Perform tasks related to gutter installation, including measuring, cutting, & laying materials. - Use a timecard system.
- Work effectively with a your colleagues.
- Assist with estimating by providing input on materials and labor costs.
- Complete finishing tasks.
- Read and interpret work orders/blueprints to ensure accurate work.
- Install gutters according to specifications and design plans. - Assist with shop related tasks such as upkeep and maitence of tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and common areas.

Qualifications: Any experience in gutter installation, construction estimating, etc. is a plus.

- Understanding of measuring, essential industry hand tools, and levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working from ladders and on roofing structures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
