We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our clients needs. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various items.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing, clients homes, and properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform repairs and installations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repair work
- Proficiency in reading schematics and working with logic controllers
- Duties consist of installation of drywall, baseboards, door trim, doors and windows. As well Painting, and caulking interior / exterior. Minor plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Landscaping, and gemeral knowledge alike.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
