Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     What You'll Do: As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

    • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
    • Organized with excellent time management skills
    • 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
    • Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT

    Requirements:

    • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications
    • Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus
